Pilar Celi
Head of Multilateral Projects
Pilar has a degree in Communication Sciences from Universidad de San Martín de Porres. She has a master's degree in Sociocultural and Communication Analysis from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has been awarded by the United Nations (UN) and the Alliance for Action Towards a Green Economy. She won the Voices2Paris award for the 5 best stories on climate change in the world.
In her professional career, Pilar has published reports, stories, interviews, among others for different media in Latin America and Spain. She has more than 10 years of work experience and has specialized in issues related to climate change. In 2014, together with a team of professionals, she launched ConexiónCOP, a portal specialized in climate change for journalists and opinion leaders in Latin America.
Pilar has worked and developed communication strategies and public and political advocacy at the UN, Regional Governments, International Cooperation, and Civil Society. She is currently Head of Multilateral Projects for Communications at Libélula; and leads projects and initiatives focused on sustainable development with a communications component.
He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Visual Anthropology at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
