Valeria Muñoz

Valeria has a bachelor’s degree in Forest Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Agraria la Molina (UNALM) and has a specialization in Environmental Management for Sustainable Development. She possesses advanced skills in using software such as ArcGIS and R Studio.

She has experience in management of forest plantations, agroforestry, forest censuses, measurement of environmental indicators such as the Carbon Footprint and Water Footprint, as well as in climate transparency. Valeria currently works as a Project Assistant at Libélula, where she works on projects related to climate transparency in Latin and Central America, including the calculation of Carbon Footprints and Water Footprints for companies in the mining and financial sector. Additionally, she is part of the team for the Climate Financing Acceleration program in Peru (CFA).
