Silvana Aguilar

Silvana has a degree and membership in Psychology from the USMP with a Master’s degree in Strategic Management of the Human Factor at the UPC and specialization in Human Resources 4.0 (Transformation and digitalization).

She has more than 10 years of experience leading and executing projects in the human talent area. She is a specialist in incorporation, development and retention of talent through adequate management of the organizational climate and culture, supported by agile digital transformation methodologies in the different processes of the area. Likewise, she has solid knowledge in labor legislation, personnel administration, and occupational health and safety.
