Lucila Pinto
C&D Deputy Manager
Lucila is an environmental engineer from the La Molina National Agrarian University with a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering Sciences from the University of São Paulo.
She has more than 12 years of experience in the environmental field in matters of environmental impact assessment, environmental oversight and climate change, both in public and private institutions for different productive sectors.
She currently works as Deputy Manager of Creation and Development at Libélula, managing and implementing projects for the private sector, international cooperation and the public sector related to low-carbon development, decarbonization and adaptation to climate change.
In addition, Lucila has worked as a teacher at the Faculty of Environmental Engineering of the National University of Engineering and currently works as a teacher at the University of Engineering and Technology (UTEC) for the Energy Engineering degree.
