Katherine Tinoco

Katherine is an Environmental Engineer and Master in Science and Technology of Sustainability from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain.

During her experience she has implemented climate change, sustainability and circular economy strategies in private sector organisations in Peru and Spain, leading carbon footprint calculation processes in banking, insurance, mining, manufacturing and energy generation companies. In addition, Katherine has provided advice for the implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) at local government level in Latin America, in collaboration with international cooperation agencies (UNDP, IOM, Global Compact).
