Financing the future we need
Climate disclosure in Peru
Via LACADI, we rank the financial climate disclosure in Peru and guided two companies on their roadmap. In addition, we published a case study on green products and we train boards of directors in climate governance, promoting transparency and sustainable finance.
LACADI is implemented in Peru by Libélula and in Mexico by the Mexico Climate Initiative. It is coordinated by Transforma, with the support of the International Climate Initiative.

at 5 virtual workshops from biannual Green Finance program GIF4LAC, which has been strengthening the technical and operational capacities of state and non-state actors in Latin America and the Caribbean, sharing success stories, challenges and opportunities in green financing instruments, with emphasis on climate finance.
Organized by UNDP Latin America and the Caribbean and the LEDS LAC Platform, with the support of the Embassy of Sweden.
Climate transparency as a basis for change
Technical experts on climate change from the countries of the Central American Integration System (SICA) met in El Salvador to strengthen capacities, exchange experiences and analyze synergies towards the preparation of the NDC 3.0 under the Enhanced Transparency Framework of the Paris Agreement.
Organized by the Regional Center for Transparency in Climate Action in Central America and the Dominican Republic, administered by CCAD, and with the support of the Climate Action Transparency Initiative (ICAT), facilitated by experts from the Libélula-GHGMI consortium.
The Training on the interconnection between NDC 3.0, BTRs and progressive enhancement under the ETF brought together more than 15 countries from the region to draw up a common roadmap towards greater transparency and climate ambition.
Organized by the Partnership for Transparency in the Paris Agreement (PATPA), the Capacity Building Initiative for Transparency - Global Support Program (CBIT-GSP) and the Ministry of Environment of Peru, with the support of Libélula.
In the Workshop on Technical Assistance to Mitigation Policies, Measures, Actions and Plans (MAPs) and Transparency Roadmaps in Panama, attendees from 8 Central American countries were able to prioritize action milestones and chart a clear path towards continuous improvement in the delivery of their BTR 2.0.

The Latin America Adaptation Academy 2025 brought together representatives from across the region to improve adaptation and loss and damage reporting, share lessons from the Biennial Transparency Report process, identify funding opportunities and exchange experiences.
Organized by the UN Climate Change Secretariat, Avina Foundation, CAF and UNEP, with the support of the LEDS LAC Platform and Libélula.
Articulation of stakeholders to drive climate action

It was organized by LEDS LAC, ArticuLAC (an initiative of the Euroclima Program through GIZ, LEDS LAC and the CLACDS/INCAE Business School), NDC Partnership and IICA, with support from CABEI.
