Design and facilitation of processes to coordinate with key stakeholders in order to generate public policies

The successful design of public policies requires 3 key conditions: relevance, credibility and legitimacy. Legitimacy is achieved by bringing different stakeholders to the table, including those who promote the policies, as well as those who might be considered as “beneficiaries” and “losers” in a context of policy implementation. Libélula designs and facilitates processes to reach agreements between these stakeholders, using the best information available and generating safe spaces to build trust and foster co-creation.
