Climate Change and the need for strategic decisions

The purpose of this document is to provide information on the challenges and opportunities that climate change presents for Peru and the world, within the framework of a global effort that can be used to make strategic decisions aimed at adaptation and mitigation.

• Climate change is having a severe impact on the world. Peru is very vulnerable and strategies are required to address the risks to economic and energy security.
