The forum seeks to take stock of COP25.
\nThe Climate Conference, held in Madrid, Spain, was aimed at advancing the pending tasks to expedite the operationalization of the Paris Agreement. However, after two weeks and extra days, the Chilean presidency only managed to present a declaration with minimal proposals to the delegates of the different countries, a text that was not very well received and approved by the parties, but reflects the difficulty within the United Nations to expedite climate action.<\/p>\n
