In this way, we expect a reduction in response times and an efficient development of the processes required by the project.<\/span><\/p><p><b>2. Objective of the consultancy<\/b><\/p><p><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 General Objective\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to better monitor project implementation, it is necessary to hire the services of a consultant to prepare various financial and administrative reports, reporting to the person in charge of project administration and logistics.<\/span><\/p><p><b>3. Activities\u00a0<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparation of monthly financial and operational reports.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparation of periodic technical reports.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow-up to internal and external project meetings<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparation of documentation folders to assist in better monitoring of the project.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compilation and organization of information to be included in the reports.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implementation of physical and digital project documentation system<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elaboration of policies for the correct maintenance of information.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><b><br \/>4. Products<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare 4 monthly financial and operational reports with the progress and results of the annual operational plans, results to be achieved and their respective budgets, in support of the Project Leader. The reports must be delivered physically and digitally.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare technical reports within the framework of the grant agreements, according to the required schedule and formats. The reports must be delivered physically and digitally.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide a folder with the record of internal and external meetings of the project team, such as minutes of Steering Committee meetings, Donors and other relevant stakeholders.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop a database of thematic specialists and other relevant Project stakeholders.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop an \"Integrated Management System\", implementing a physical and digital archive system with the documentation related to the Project, preparing the policy that will serve as a guide for the correct maintenance of said archive.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All products will be presented to Aida Figari and approved by the same person.<\/span><\/p><p><b>5. The reports must be delivered physically and digitally.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop an \"Integrated Management System\", implementing a physical and digital archive system with the documentation related to the Project, preparing the policy that will serve as a guide for the correct maintenance of said archive.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide a folder with the record of internal and external meetings of the project team, such as minutes of Steering Committee meetings, Donors and other relevant stakeholders.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/td><td style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">14\/06\/2021<\/span><\/td><td style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">70%<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Payments will be made within 15 calendar days following the presentation of the product, the receipt of the professional fees issued by the consultant, and the approval of the supervisors.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event that there are observations to the reports submitted, the term will be counted as of the lifting of such observations.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Professional profile<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The consultant must be a natural person\/legal entity and meet the following profile:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professional university graduate<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professional experience in NGOs or projects, preferably in International Collaboration.<\/span><b><br \/><\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Duration of the consultancy<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This consultancy will have a duration of 3 months, corresponding to the period from March to June 2021.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Responsibilities of the company or consultant<\/b><\/p><ul><li><b>Technical approach to the product<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The consultant will be responsible for the proper planning, scheduling, conduct and technical quality of each of the deliverables.<\/span><\/li><li><b>Product quality<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The consultant shall be directly responsible for the quality of the services rendered, as well as for compliance with the schedule, timely achievement of the planned goals and adoption of the necessary provisions for the faithful performance of the contract.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Supervisors<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The person in charge of supervising this assistant will be Aida Figari, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Project Manager<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and Maria Fe Gonzales, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Administration and Procurement<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Confidentiality<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The consultant undertakes to maintain confidentiality and absolute reserve in the handling of information and documentation to which he\/she has access related to the service, and it is expressly forbidden to disclose such information to third parties.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This obligation includes information that is delivered, as well as information generated during the performance of the activities and information produced after completion of the service.
