administration.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Functions: <\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Registration, coordination, control and follow-up of products and services requested by the company's collaborators (SCTR, per diems, products and others).<\/li><li>Registration of payment vouchers<\/li><li>Coordinate and verify with the company's suppliers and collaborators the delivery of physical and virtual documents to ensure a quality service.<\/li><li>Participate in the implementation of the company's processes and policies, using digital tools that facilitate communication.<\/li><li>Ensure compliance with the annual schedule of activities related to the administrative area and the Talent and culture area.<\/li><li>Support to the implementation of process improvements, analyzing impact, cost, benefits within the company.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Requirements and competencies:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience performing the functions described:<\/li><li>Intermediate\/Advanced English (Indispensable)<\/li><li>Excel at advanced level.<\/li><li>Knowledge of finance and cash flow.<\/li><li>Knowledge of digital tools (Mur\u00f3, Mural, among others).<\/li><li>Knowledge of agile
