As a scholarship recipient of the Carolina Foundation, he obtained an Executive Master's Degree in Sustainable Development and Corporate Responsibility from the Escuela de Organizaci\u00f3n Industrial de Madrid (EOI), Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Polo has technical expertise in climate change vulnerability, adaptation and mitigation, as well as in GHG (Greenhouse Gas) inventories.
