The V CONA will bring together various national and international experts who will give lectures and courses aimed at young students and professionals. There will be panels that will bring together representatives from the state and private sectors, as well as presentations on research being developed around the theme of the event. Specific topics for decision-making and future considerations for the valuation and sustainable development of water resources and their links will also be addressed.
