Ivan Rodriguez

Project Manager

Ivan holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Agraria la Molina (UNALM). He has been responsible for the water resources area of the Játi project and has worked as Environmental Supervisor of the Integrated Solid Waste Management Pilot Program of the UNALM.

Ivan has been Environmental Supervisor of the Pilot Program for Integrated Solid Waste Management (PPGIRS -UNALM) and has participated in environmental projects in primary level educational centers in the district of Comas. In 2017, he was the winner of the Amaru 3.0 Innovative Projects Competition, organized by the Vice Rectorate of Research and the Faculty of Sciences of the UNALM.

Thanks to this, he was able to develop a research on the use of human feces for bioenergy generation, whose results were presented at the 7th Latin American Meeting on Energy Economics, which was held in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina; and subsequently, he obtained a scientific publication as a conference proceedings at the International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE).

Ivan was also leader of the Water Resources area of the Játi project, a multidisciplinary team that represented Peru in the global solar housing competition, Solar Decathlon LAC 2019. His professional interest is focused on the development of sustainable housing and climate change mitigation strategies.
