Hilany Buchelli

Hilany is a registered environmental engineer (CIP 177313), from the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM) with more than 5 years of professional experience in environmental projects related to climate change, and in the mining and energy sectors. She is currently working as project manager at Libélula, implementing mitigation projects related to carbon footprint measurement, energy efficiency and water footprint measurement.
She worked as a specialist in the project "Support to Climate Change Management" for the Ministry of Environment, financed by the Swiss International Cooperation (COSUDE), achieving strategic alliances with academia, to generate a critical and conscious mass for the implementation of the NDCs and strengthening the capacities in climate change to officials, teachers and university researchers in the regions of Arequipa and Ucayali. In addition, he is a member of the Eco-efficiency Subcommittee of Standardization of the National Institute of Quality (INACAL).
