Occupation:
- University degree in administration, industrial engineering, business engineering and/or service administration.
Functions:
- Registration, coordination, control and follow-up of products and services requested by the company's collaborators (SCTR, per diems, products and others).
- Registration of payment vouchers
- Coordinate and verify with the company's suppliers and collaborators the delivery of physical and virtual documents to ensure a quality service.
- Participate in the implementation of the company's processes and policies, using digital tools that facilitate communication.
- Ensure compliance with the annual schedule of activities related to the administrative area and the Talent and culture area.
- Support to the implementation of process improvements, analyzing impact, cost, benefits within the company.
Requirements and competencies:
- Minimum 2 years of experience performing the functions described:
- Intermediate/Advanced English (Indispensable)
- Excel at advanced level.
- Knowledge of finance and cash flow.
- Knowledge of digital tools (Muró, Mural, among others).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, organized and responsible professional.
