Occupation:

  • University degree in administration, industrial engineering, business engineering and/or service administration.

Functions:

  • Registration, coordination, control and follow-up of products and services requested by the company's collaborators (SCTR, per diems, products and others).
  • Registration of payment vouchers
  • Coordinate and verify with the company's suppliers and collaborators the delivery of physical and virtual documents to ensure a quality service.
  • Participate in the implementation of the company's processes and policies, using digital tools that facilitate communication.
  • Ensure compliance with the annual schedule of activities related to the administrative area and the Talent and culture area.
  • Support to the implementation of process improvements, analyzing impact, cost, benefits within the company.

Requirements and competencies:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience performing the functions described:
  • Intermediate/Advanced English (Indispensable)
  • Excel at advanced level.
  • Knowledge of finance and cash flow.
  • Knowledge of digital tools (Muró, Mural, among others).
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, organized and responsible professional.
