The recent “Climate-Conscious Leadership” workshop developed by Libelula from the Initiative LACADI, brought together board members and business leaders, who reflected on how to align corporate decisions with the challenges and opportunities of climate change, thus strengthening organizational resilience.

This workshop highlighted the importance of integrating climate risks within the overall risk management of companies and stressed that climate change should be a strategic axis directly supervised by the board of directors, incorporating principles of good governance for responsible and efficient management.

LACADI and Libélula remain committed to bringing the private sector closer to the adoption of these essential climate criteria, supporting the inclusion of climate change as an integral part of the internal management of organizations.

We thank nuam for being a strategic partner for this event, and to PwC Peru for supporting us with facilitation.

LACADI is a joint effort coordinated by Transform, implemented by the Mexico Climate Initiative y Libelula, with the support of the International Climate Initiative (IKI) and in alliance with the Mexican Sustainable Finance Council, nuam and the Responsible Investment Program (RIP).
