Studies in Management and Top Leadership specialized in Public Management at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP). With professional experience in working with the private sector, goverment and international development cooperation, through the design, execution, monitoring and assessment of programs and projects. Also, he managed implementation of consultancies and research development. He undertook initiatives, representation and influence organizations from the organized civil society.

Coordinator of Generation +1 Project (2014), Award Winner of the Support to the Initiation on Research Program – PAIN (2013-2014). Founder and General Director of the Interdisciplinary Team for Sustainable Development – MUNAY and the Institute of Nature Sciences, Territory and Renewable Energies Group of Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (2012-2013), Founder and Coordinator of Human Talent Management of FOCUS Magazine (2011-2012), Student Wellbeing Secretary at the Student Federation of the PUCP (2012) and Chairman of the Board of the Student Center at the Management and Senior Management Faculty (2011).
